At GØDCL®, we take great care to ensure every piece meets our highest standards. However, if your order does not meet your expectations, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the 14-day period expires.
Please note that customised, personalised, sale, and pre-order items are exempt from returns. Exchanges may be arranged if the requested size is available in stock.
Conditions for Return
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Any item showing signs of wear, use, or damage beyond what is necessary to inspect the item may not be eligible for a full refund.
Return Shipping
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, GØDCL® will bear the cost of return shipping. If you are returning an item for personal reasons — such as a change in size or preference — you will be responsible for covering the return postage costs.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned goods, a refund will be issued within 14 days. Refunds will be made using the same method of payment used for your original purchase, unless otherwise agreed. Please note, we may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or satisfactory proof of return has been provided, whichever occurs first.
